The ensemble consists of two multi-story buildings in contemporary, appealing architecture and includes 56 rental apartments with 1.5 to 4 rooms. The mainly floor-to-ceiling windows and generous balconies emphasize the inviting and open impression.

Then you will be pleased with the property’s underground garage with 58 parking spaces. Additional parking spaces are available outside. Area and connections

Shopping around the corner - and to Frankfurt every 15 minutes

Langen relies on a well-paced public transportation system. A few steps away from DUO LIVING are two bus stops with regular connections to the Langen train station. From there, you can reach Frankfurt’s central train station in nine minutes by regional train. It takes a good 20 minutes by S-Bahn, which runs every 15 minutes. It takes about the same amount of time by car to get to Frankfurt city center or the airport; you can be on the A661 in five minutes.

You can reach various supermarkets and discount stores on foot or by bike. In addition, several weekly markets in the city center attract visitors with fresh products from the region – such as the popular Altstadtmarkt on Saturdays. You are also well supplied with restaurants, cafés and bakeries, smaller stores, doctors’ offices and pharmacies. You will find an elementary school only 200 meters away, daycare and kindergarten not much further. In addition, Langen offers several secondary schools.

The bathrooms and WCs feature large-format tiles, towel warmers and walk-in showers. The mainly floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors provide plenty of light and air – and thanks to their triple glazing and electric shutters, they also ensure a restful night’s sleep. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and offer a modern fitted kitchen with electrical devices.

A clever room concept on 30 square meters

Cleverly designed, the 1.5-room apartments in DUO LIVING present themselves with a compact 30 square meters. Thanks to the sliding wall solution, the sleeping area of our sample apartment can be completely separated from the living and dining area and still offers plenty of daylight thanks to its window. Three other windows also provide a bright and friendly impression in the living room with the modern kitchen corner. The apartment is accessed via an entrance hallway and offers an interior bathroom with a floor-level shower and washing machine connection.

2-room apartments

Attractive floor plans – for your development

Whether you live here alone or as a couple: The 58- to 61-square-meter 2-room apartments in DUO LIVING offer you plenty of room to unfold. Our example apartment is entirely accessible via an angled hallway. From here, you first reach the interior shower room and the separate storage room with space for a washing machine and dryer. Living, dining and cooking take place in the larger of the two rooms, but the bedroom is also extremely spacious. Both rooms open onto a large terrace.

3-room apartments

Spacious (family) domiciles with clever details

Thanks to tidy floor plans and clever details, none of the 82 to 97 square meters in the 3-room apartments in DUO LIVING is wasted. In our example apartment, the T-shaped entrance hallway offers plenty of storage space and separates the apartment into living and sleeping areas. To the right are the two bedrooms, in the middle the storage room and the bathroom with tub and shower – both with windows – while to the left is the living and dining room. This is equipped with a kitchenette and offers access to the terrace via a window front.

With 117 to 119 square meters, the 4-room apartments in DUO LIVING offer more light, air and space for everyone. You enter our sample apartment via an invitingly spacious hallway that opens up all the rooms in a row. This includes the three generously sized bedrooms and the two daylight bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a tub, the second with a floor-level shower. Also, from here, you reach the storage room, which also makes the washing machine disappear. Finally, you enter the light-flooded living and dining room. The modern kitchenette and the large terrace make it an attractive meeting place for the whole family!

Ebbelwoi, half-timbered houses and Ironman – a relaxed city to live in

About 20 kilometers from Frankfurt, Langen, with its 40,000 residents, is a relaxed living alternative to the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
